在中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheri sinensis)的饵料中添加高活性干酵母,使其摄食量分别为0mg/(kg·d)、600.0mg/(kg·d)、800mg/(kg·d)、1 000 mg/(kg·d)、1 200mg/(kg·d)和1 400 mg/(kg·d),连续投喂40 d 后,通过测定供试中华绒螯蟹的体重以及投喂或注射患病中华绒螯蟹组织(浆)的攻毒方法,探讨了口服高活性干酵母对中华绒螯蟹生长速度和抗病力的影响。结果表明,在中华绒螯蟹的饵料中添加高活性干酵母,摄食量达600.0mg/(kg·d)至1 400.0 mg/(kg·d)对中华绒螯蟹的生长有促进作用,对身体与内脏的颜色、形态等没有明显影响;能有效地增强供试中华绒螯蟹的抗病力(等发表)。与对照组相比,经注射攻毒后,各试验组中华绒螯蟹的有效率为28.0%~52.0%,而口服攻毒后,投喂不同剂量高活性干酵母的试验组中华绒螯蟹有效率为45.4%~77.2%,经口服攻毒后的有效率稍高可能与病原体的感染途径和感染数量有关。
