尿激酶早期治疗脑梗塞46例疗效观察

本文报告我院采用尿激酶溶栓治疗发病在24小时以内的动脉硬化性脑梗塞46例,疗效显著优于31例用低分子右旋糖酐治疗的对照组(P<0.01)。

This article reports the use of urokinase thrombolytic therapy in our hospital 46 cases of atherosclerosis cerebral infarction within 24 hours, the effect was significantly better than the 31 cases treated with low molecular weight dextran control group (P <0.01).
