在新的社会和经济形式下如何更好地搞好群众性文化工作,是所有人特别是基层文化行政主管部门的管理者以及基层文化工作者所必须要面对和解决的问题。笔者通过多年的基层工作经验也深刻认识到了群众文化工作的重要性,并在此就群众文化工作的现状及对策做一简单探讨,以期最大限度地调动群众文化工作者和参与者的积极性,实现社会主义群众文化的整体目标。
