General Secretary Jiang Zemin pointed out clearly: “To say quality, ideological and political quality is the most important quality.” Therefore, for quality education, political class is duty-bound. However, most of the political classes over the years are characterized by teachers singing soliloquy or acting freely or through comprehension of textbooks, while students feel like they are falling into the clouds and sleepy. Teachers one-way preaching, students can only enter the “ears do not smell out of the window, read only sages book” mood. How to get rid of the dilemma of political class, I think: the implementation of discussion-based teaching, both to improve student autonomy, but also fundamentally improve students’ ideological and political quality. Boldly discussing and triggering student learning autonomy Technical school students are physiologically speaking young people. They are active in thinking, imaginative and have independent thinking. As they both have the same fate as the future, There are also insightful insights into society and the maturity of things. Almost every student has a desire to succeed. To this end, teachers should firmly grasp the flash point, triggering students’ autonomous learning, the classroom teaching as a carrier, to guide students to actively think and discuss the hot topics of common interest. To this end, teachers in the lesson preparation, should be set in advance discussion questions, class, through a brief explanation or mobilization, to produce the discussion topic, sometimes even a week in advance layout of the discussion questions. Then divided into a number of group discussions. discuss
