目前,在我国铁路客货列车混跑的条件下,经过第六次铁路大提速,对货车的装载加固提出了更高的要求。为此,从明确装卸作业作用、强化装卸作业管理、加快装卸作业自身建设及实施货装一体化管理等方面,阐述了在新的运输形式下如何提高装卸作业效率及装载加固的质量。
At present, under the condition that the railway passenger and freight trains are running in our country, after the sixth speeding up of the railway, higher requirements are put forward for the loading and reinforcement of trucks. To this end, the paper expounds how to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading and the quality of loading and reinforcement under the new mode of transportation, in terms of clarifying the role of loading and unloading operations, strengthening the handling of loading and unloading operations, speeding up the self-construction of loading and unloading operations and implementing the integrated management of loading and unloading.
