母亲HBsAg和HBeAg均阳性者所生婴儿为观察对象。分10μg×3、20μg×3和30μg×3三组,每组又分联合组(乙肝疫苗加HBIG)和单苗组(单用乙肝疫苗),按0、1、6月程序肌内注射。20μg和30μg两组12月龄时联合组和单苗组HBsAg阳性率差别无显著性,但联合组抗-HBs阳性率和GMT均较单苗组为高。10μg×3联合组12月龄时HBsAs感染率和30μg×3单苗组相仿,用此法免疫,价格低廉,建议采用。
Babies born to mothers with HBsAg and HBeAg positive were observed. Divided into 10μg × 3, 20μg × 3 and 30μg × 3 three groups, each group is divided into combined group (hepatitis B vaccine plus HBIG) and single vaccine group (hepatitis B vaccine alone), according to 0, 1, 6 months program intramuscular injection. The positive rate of HBsAg in combination group and single seedling group was no significant difference between 20μg and 30μg group at 12 months, but the positive rate of anti-HBs and GMT in combination group were higher than those in single seedling group. The HBsAs infection rate of 10μg × 3 combination group was similar to that of 30μg × 3 single seedling group at 12 months of age. It is recommended to adopt this method because of its low price.
