北洛河流域人类活动对河流泥沙影响较为突出的项目有毁林开荒、陡坡开荒、修路、开矿等。根据典型调查情况及有关资料 ,对北洛河流域的水沙基本特性及人类活动对水土流失治理的影响进行了详细的计算和分析。结果表明 :北洛河流域人类活动新增水土流失量随年代有较大的增加 ,1990~ 1996年人类活动年均增沙 1768万t,分别是 70、80年代的 2 .3和 1.7倍 ;增沙量所占比例最大的项目是毁林开荒 ,其次为陡坡开荒。
Human activities in the Beiluohe River Basin have prominent deforestation and land reclamation projects, land reclamation on steep slopes, road repairing and mining. Based on the typical survey and relevant data, the basic characteristics of water and sediment in the Beiluohe River Basin and the impact of human activities on soil and water erosion control are analyzed and calculated in detail. The results show that the amount of newly added soil and water loss in human activities in Beiluohe River Basin increases with age, and the annual increase of human activities from 1990 to 1996 is 17.68 million tons, which is 2.3 times and 1.7 times that of 1970s and 1980s respectively. The largest proportion of sediment concentration projects deforestation, followed by reclamation of steep slopes.
