企事业单位的思想政治工作状况直接关系到员工整体素质和单位的工作氛围。在当前社会经济环境深刻变化的情况下,企事业单位的思想政治工作出现了弱化和边缘化现象,重新挖掘灌输理论在思想政治工作上的的价值成为必然。因此,在企事业单位的思想灌输工作中,应在思想上给予灌输工作足够重视,灌输人员必须专业化,灌输内容要切合职工的生活实际,灌输形式不断创新美化。
The status of ideological and political work in enterprises and institutions is directly related to the overall quality of employees and the working atmosphere of the units. Under the current profound changes in the social and economic environment, the ideological and political work in enterprises and institutions has been weakened and marginalized. It is inevitable that the value of inculcating theory should be re-tapped in ideological and political work. Therefore, in the ideological inculcation of enterprises and institutions, we should give sufficient attention to the inculcation in ideology, inculcate the personnel into specialization, and instill the content to meet the actual life of the staff and workers, and instill the form of continuous innovation and beautification.
