腹部外伤单纯引起腹直肌断裂致血肿者少见。我院自1992年10月至1999年7月共收治2例,均经手术证实,现报告如下。1 病例介绍 例1,女,40岁。下腹部被自行车撞伤2天,腹痛加重6小时入院。查体:生命体征正常,下腹偏右有局限性隆起,约10cm×10cm,压痛明显,下腹弥漫性肌卫、反跳痛,肠鸣音存在。1月前体检时在外院B超检查示:右侧附件5cm×6cm囊性占位。综合病情,疑诊“右侧卵巢囊肿蒂扭转”,急予手术治疗。取
