Web2.0是相对Webl.0的新的一类互联网应用的统称。Webl.0的主要特点是用户通过浏览器获取信息,而Web2.0则更注重用户的交互作用,用户既是网站内容的浏览者,也是网站内容的制造者。也就是说,互联网上的每一个用户不再仅仅是互联网的读者,同时也成为互联网的作者,由被动地接收互联网信息向主动地创造信息转化。正因为如此,许多企业由于各种问题在网络上被曝光,从而引发了企业乃至整个行业的品牌危机。
Web 2.0 is a generic term for a new class of Internet applications relative to Webl.0. The main feature of Webl.0 is that users get information through the browser, while Web2.0 is more focused on user interaction, the user is both the content browser and the content creator.
