At present, with the establishment of a socialist market economic system, the environment and conditions in which majority of Party members live have undergone tremendous changes. The content of their participation in social activities has become more and more connected with the material interests and the scope of their participation has become wider and wider , Ideas and concepts are constantly changing. Under such a new situation, how to improve and strengthen party members’ education has become a new task that we face. First, grasp the characteristics of the times and combine the work of educating party members with the requirements of developing a socialist market economy and reform and opening up.
