文章在对欧美国家,主要是美国和法国的人事档案管理制度进行分析的基础上,提出对我国人事档案管理制度的可借鉴之处,为我国人事档案管理制度改革完善提供理论参考。
Based on the analysis of personnel file management system in Europe and the United States, mainly the United States and France, the article puts forward the reference to China’s personnel file management system and provides a theoretical reference for the reform of the personnel file management system in our country.
