目的探讨Fas,FasL和TRAIL介导的细胞凋亡在尖锐湿疣发病中的可能作用及意义.方法用免疫组化方法检测了尖锐湿疣皮损中Fas,FasL,TRAIL的表达.结果所有尖锐湿疣标本中(100%)均有Fas阳性,23例(76.7%)FasL阳性,21例(70%)TRAIL阳性,三者分布基本一致,正常表皮基本不表达.且FasL和TRAIL分子与真皮单一核细胞浸润呈显著负相关(r=-0.506和r=-0.450,P<0.05).结论尖锐湿疣组织中细胞凋亡相关分子Fas,FasL和TRAIL表达异常,且FasL,TRAIL分子表达影响局部免疫反应,考虑凋亡失控可能参与尖锐湿疣发病,引起复发.“,”Objective: To investigate the role of the expression of Fas, FasL and TRAIL in condyloma acuminata.Methods: Fas, FasL and TRAIL were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of Fas was seen in all (100%) of specimen. 23(76.7%) cases were FasL positive, and 21(70%) cases were TRAIL positive. There was reduced infdtration of mononuclear cells (MNCS) in the dermis with intensive FasL and TRAIL staining and was a statistically significant inverse correlation (r =-0.506 and r =-0.450 respectively, P <0.05 between them. Conclusion: Fas, FasL and TRAIL may involve in the regulationof apoptosis and may play an important role in the occurrence and recurrence condyloma acuminata.
