目的在我国流行病学研究中推广再现性研究这一概念,为其他研究者提供一个新的数据分析过程和结果展示策略。方法以疟疾为例,阐释再现性研究的定义、用法以及意义,并利用其常见实现方式R编程语言中的knitr包进行实例演示。结果公开有关疟疾的建模数据和编程,进行疟疾时间序列分析的再现性研究,从而可建立更加精准的疟疾ARIMA模型。结论再现性研究可为我国流行病学证据的有效性验证提供思路,推进再现性研究在人群疾病和人类健康中的应用。
Objective To popularize the concept of reproducibility research in the epidemiological study of our country and provide a new data analysis process and result presentation strategy for other researchers. Methods Taking malaria as an example, this paper explains the definition, usage and meaning of reproducibility research and gives an example demonstration using knitr package in R programming language. The results open modeling data and programming for malaria and reproducibility studies of malaria time series analyzes to establish more accurate malaria ARIMA models. Conclusion Reproducibility research can provide ideas for the validation of epidemiological evidence in China and promote the application of reproducibility research in human disease and human health.
