随着社会的经济的快速发展,人力资源管理对于企业的发展具有极其重要的意义,是提升企业管理水平以及核心竞争力的重要的手段。企业人力资源管理外包是最早是于上个世纪八十年代开始兴起的,在当下已经成为了企业所认可的一种有效的人力资源管理方法。本文结合企业人力资源管理的相关内容,从市场的角度分析了对企业人力资源管理外包产生影响的因素,并且提出了实施的人力资源外包的策略。
With the rapid economic development in the society, human resource management is of great significance to the development of enterprises and is an important means to enhance the management level and core competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise human resources management outsourcing is the earliest in the eighties of last century began to rise, nowadays has become an enterprise approved by an effective human resources management methods. Based on the related content of enterprise human resource management, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the human resource management outsourcing in the market from the perspective of market and puts forward the strategy of human resource outsourcing.
