海冰是重要的淡水资源,如何测算其储量以便为开发的可行性提供依据,以北京师范大学资源科学研究所、北京师范大学环境演变与自然灾害教育部重点实验室史培军教授为首的研究小组研究结果显示,利用遥感数据测算海冰资源的方法,提出基于结合GIS 技术与海冰光谱特征的海冰信息分层提取方法,测算了渤海的海冰资源面积和体积。研究中发现利用可见光、近红外和远红外波段对海冰资源测算效果明显。
Sea ice is an important freshwater resource and how to measure its reserves in order to provide a basis for the feasibility of development. The research team headed by Professor Shi Peijun, Key Laboratory of Environmental Evolvement and Natural Disaster, Beijing Normal University, Beijing Institute of Science and Technology The results show that the sea ice resource estimation method based on remote sensing data is proposed based on the combination of GIS technology and sea ice spectral characteristics, and the sea ice resource area and volume are calculated. The study found that the use of visible light, near infrared and far infrared band on sea ice resource calculation effect is obvious.
