目的:观察肾康注射液联合黄葵胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法:将126例血压正常的早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,均给予糖尿病教育、饮食控制、适量运动及常规降糖治疗,其中:对照组给予降糖药、胰岛素等常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上用肾康注射液80mL加入5%葡萄糖250mL,静脉滴注。同时加2.0~3.0U普通胰岛素,1次/d,并加用黄葵胶囊5粒/次3,次/d,3周为1疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:总有效率,治疗组92.8%,对照组69.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液联合黄葵胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenkang injection combined with Huangku capsule on patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 126 patients with early normotensive diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. All patients were given diabetes education, diet control, moderate exercise and regular hypoglycemic treatment. The control group was given conventional western medicine such as hypoglycemic agents and insulin Treatment; the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment with Shen Kang injection 80mL added 5% glucose 250mL, intravenous drip. At the same time add 2.0 ~ 3.0U ordinary insulin, 1 / d, and add Huang Kui capsule 5 capsules / time 3, times / d, 3 weeks for a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate was 92.8% in the treatment group and 69.6% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenkang injection combined with Huang Kui capsule for early diabetic nephropathy have a good therapeutic effect.
