针对厂拌热再生沥青混合料,不同的规范标准推荐了不同的配合比设计方法。这些方法本质上是相似的,其设计过程中要求至少有一个参数固定(比如再生料的用量或新沥青的粘度)。目前的研究正在尝试一种改进方法,使之不需要固定任何参数,然而在有一个约束条件时,又有足够的灵活性。在线性规划法辅助下,这种方法能够处理某一个整体目标的问题,比如材料成本的最小值,或再生材料的最大利用率等。这种方法把比例问题看做是一个整体,因此可以不受混合料配合比例计算次序的影响。
For hot mix asphalt plant mix, different specifications recommended a different mix design. These methods are essentially similar and require at least one parameter to be fixed during the design process (such as the amount of recycled material or the viscosity of the new asphalt). Current research is trying an improved method that does not require fixing any parameters, yet has enough flexibility when there is a constraint. With the help of the linear programming method, this method can deal with one of the overall objectives of the problem, such as the minimum cost of materials, or the maximum utilization of recycled materials. This method treats the scale problem as a whole and can therefore not be affected by the order of mixture proportions.
