由于众城搅拌站在使用我公司的水泥过程中,出现水泥外加剂适应性差的问题,不仅使混泥土成本增加,也影响到混泥土的正常使用。在此情况下,我公司必须采取有效的措施,通过对比检验和试验研究,分析问题的症结,找到解决水泥适应性问题的方案。在此结合我公司与奎山水泥熟料检验和水泥试验,分析我公司水泥产品适应性差的因素,并通过矿粉掺入量试验,得出增加矿粉掺量(上调2%)与降低粉煤灰掺量(下调1%)的调整方案。同时,根据我公司的实际生产情况,提出控制熟料三率值的调整方案。
