Fundamentally speaking, education is the foundation project for the establishment and development of the socialist market economy. Without developed modern education, the socialist market economic system can not be successfully established and developed. The main features of the socialist market economy are socialization of production and internationalization of markets. The success of the establishment of a market economy depends ultimately on the improvement of the quality of the people, especially the improvement of the quality of on-the-job employees.
