建筑工程行业的发展随着经济的发展有了较大的改变,在其繁荣的背后难免存在着部分的问题,建筑工程项目施工成本的控制与管理就是其中的一个。我们不难看出建筑工程的项目管理在其质量以及施工企业的效益中占有重要比重,能够有效的对其进行管理同样也关系到施工单位的可持续发展问题。因此,本文将从建筑工程项目施工成本的管理与控制中存在的问题入手并对相关改进措施进行探讨,希望能够有效促进我国建筑工程行业的发展,从而能够提高我国的经济发展速率,增强我国综合国力。
With the development of economy, the development of construction industry has changed a lot. There are some problems behind its prosperity. The control and management of the construction cost of construction projects is one of them. It is not difficult for us to see that the project management of construction projects plays an important role in the quality and efficiency of construction enterprises. The effective management of construction projects also concerns the sustainable development of construction units.
