人从出生到14岁死亡的近50％发生于出生后第一周,呼吸道疾病导致的呼吸衰竭是引起新生儿一周内死亡的主要病因。1982年11月至1985年4月,我院收治呼吸道疾病新生儿90例,诊断为呼吸衰竭者57例。参考Christopher的意见,诊断标准为: 1.呼吸频率>70/分,或明显减慢,频繁呼吸
Nearly 50% of all deaths from birth to 14 years of age occur in the first week of life. Respiratory failure due to respiratory diseases is the leading cause of death within one week of newborn infants. From November 1982 to April 1985, 90 cases of newborns with respiratory diseases were admitted to our hospital and 57 cases were diagnosed as respiratory failure. According to Christopher’s opinion, the diagnostic criteria are: 1. Respiratory rate> 70 / min, or significantly slowed, frequent breathing
