1996年5月23～25日,全省邮电科技、通信学会工作会在昌召开。邮电部科技司王占宁副司长,中国通信学会邓震垠秘书长,北京邮电大学钟义信副校长,省局沈文江局长、王孝槐副局长、黄日高副局长、张庆亮副局长、纪检组钟煌球组长,省科委曹泽华副主任,省科协、省民政厅有关领导,各地市局、省局直属单位、省局有关处室领导及科技、通信学会负责人,省通信学会非邮电单位会员代表共计140余人出席了会议。
