目的:建立一种简便、快速、适合大批量血铅测定的方法。方法:取血样0.10 ml,用稀释液直接稀释10倍,氯化钯作基体改进剂,利用原子吸收光谱仪的标准加入校准法,自动进样直接测定。结果:方法的线性范围为0μg/L~50.0μg/L,线性相关系数r>0.9990,方法的最低检出限为1.3μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%~7.6%,加标回收率为96.0%~107%,应用本法测定国家血铅标准物质GBW09139h、GBW09140h,结果与标准值完全吻合。结论:本法样品无需消解,自动化程度高,是一种简便、快速、适合大批量血铅测定的方法。
Objective: To establish a simple, rapid, suitable method for the determination of large quantities of blood lead. Methods: The blood sample was taken as 0.10 ml, directly diluted 10 times with dilute solution and palladium chloride was used as matrix modifier. The standard method of atomic absorption spectrophotometer was added to the calibration method, and the direct injection was determined by automatic injection. Results: The linear range of the method was 0μg / L ~ 50.0μg / L and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9990. The detection limit was 1.3μg / L and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1% ~ 7.6% The recoveries ranged from 96.0% to 107%. The national standard GBW09139h and GBW09140h for blood lead were determined by this method. The results are in good agreement with the standard values. Conclusion: The sample without digestion, high degree of automation, is a simple, rapid, suitable for large-volume blood lead determination method.
