中央决定,今年要对国有企业领导班子进行一次全面、认真的考核,下大决心、花大气力把国有企业领导班子建设好。为此,中央组织部、国家经贸委、人事部、全国总工会专门发出通知,对这项工作进行了部署,考核建设工作已在全国各地陆续展开。 搞好国有企业领导班子的考核建设,是事关企业改革和发展战略全局的一项重大举措,是搞好国有企业的关键所在。各级地方党委、政府和有关部门党组务必引起高度重视,加强组织领导,把这项工作抓紧、抓实,抓出成效。当前,要把统一思想的工作放在突出位置,通过认真组织学习和领会中央通知精神,增强做好国有企业领导班子考核建设的紧迫感和责任感,明确这次考核建设的目的、指导思想
The central government has decided to conduct a comprehensive and serious assessment of the leadership of state-owned enterprises this year, and has made great determination and vigorous efforts to build the leadership of state-owned enterprises. Through earnestly organizing the study and understanding of the spirit of the Central Circular, we must enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility for the evaluation and construction of leading groups of state-owned enterprises, and clarify the purpose and guiding ideology of this evaluation.
