在剖析国外管道公司采用的输油管道单位水力马力能耗费用指标的基础上,引入了两个新的油气长输管道能耗评价指标,即单位有用功耗能和单位周转量消耗有用功,并给出了相应的计算方法。采用新指标能够方便地分析生产单耗变化的原因,为进一步节能挖潜指明方向。将新指标与国内原有的管道能耗指标及一些辅助指标相结合,可以较全面地评价油气长输管道的能耗状况。应用该指标对涩宁兰输气管道进行能耗分析,验证了该新指标的合理性和适用性。结果表明:生产单耗较高的原因主要是管存较低,单位周转量消耗有用功较高;单位有用功耗能较低的原因是管存低,节流损失的能量较小,使得能源利用率指标较高。
On the basis of analyzing the energy consumption index of hydraulic horsepower of the oil pipeline adopted by foreign pipeline companies, two new evaluation indexes of energy consumption of oil and gas long-distance pipeline are introduced, that is, the useful energy consumption per unit and the unit turnover are depleted, and The corresponding calculation method is given. Using new indicators can easily analyze the reasons for the change in production unit consumption, pointing out the direction for further potential energy conservation. Combining the new indicator with the original domestic pipeline energy consumption indicator and some auxiliary indicators can comprehensively evaluate the energy consumption of long-distance oil and gas pipelines. Applying the index to the energy consumption analysis of Shibuya Lan gas pipeline verified the rationality and applicability of the new index. The results show that the reason for the higher unit consumption is mainly due to the lower inventory control and the higher useful energy per unit turnover. The lower unit usable energy consumption is due to the lower inventory and lower energy loss caused by throttling, High utilization index.
