阿尔及利亚同BP公司签署天然气协议 阿尔及利亚国家石油公司同英国石油公司(BP)签署了一项价值30亿美元的协议,旨在勘探、开发和销售阿南部地区的天然气并向欧洲市场出口。据估计,该地区天然气探明储量共计2000亿立方米,年产量可望达到90亿立方米。阿尔及利亚官方称,这是其与外国石油公司签订的最重要的一份协议。另据伦敦方面的消息说,BP公司将负责筹措65％的资金,并希望在为期20～30年的项目周期中能够获得纯利润的1/3。
Algeria Signs Natural Gas Agreement with BP Algerian National Oil Company (BP) signed a $ 3 billion agreement with BP to explore, develop and market natural gas in the southern part of the country and export it to the European market. It is estimated that the proven reserves of natural gas in the area totaled 200 billion cubic meters and the annual output is expected to reach 9 billion cubic meters. Officials in Algeria state that this is the most important agreement it has signed with foreign oil companies. According to the London news, BP said it will be responsible for raising 65% of the funds and hopes to get 1/3 of its net profit over a 20-30 year project cycle.
