随着我国全方位对外开放,经济特区在我国对外开放宏观战略格局中的地位和作用必然会发生一定的变化。但是,经济特区在我国宏观经济格局中继续发挥出某些特殊作用却是一个毋庸置疑的事实。首先,从经济学的一般原理来看,任何一个经济区域都有着与其他地区不同的某些特性。这些不同的特性是一个特定经济区域区别于其他经济区域的主要标志。因此,从这层意义来看,经济特区由于其在经济政策和体制方面的特殊性而继续发挥着某些其他地区所难以发挥的作用。其次,我国全方位对外开放并不否定经济特区在我国对外开放格局中的某些特殊作用。全方位的对外开放不能取代经济特
With all-round opening up of our country, certain changes will take place in the status and role of the special economic zones in the macro-strategic pattern of opening to the outside world in our country. However, it is an unquestionable fact that the special economic zones continue to play some special roles in the macro-economic structure of our country. First of all, from the general principle of economics, any one economic area has certain characteristics that are different from those of other areas.
