从容面对高考需要三种素质

我成功走过了高考,但那段充满困惑与梦想、虚幻与现实、苦痛与欢笑的高三时光依然历历在目。此时,我把我的高三感受写下来,与每一位正向高考冲刺的学子分享。我认为,要想在高考中最大限度地收获自己的梦想,最基本也是最重要的就是培养三种基本素质:身体素质、知识素质和心理素质。

I successfully passed the college entrance examination, but that time is full of confusion and dreams, illusion and reality, pain and laughter, the third year is still vividly remembered. At this point, I wrote down my third year experiences and shared it with every student who was sprinting into the college entrance exam. I think in order to maximize the college entrance examination to reap their dreams, the most basic and most important is to cultivate three basic qualities: physical, intellectual and psychological qualities.
