一、概述本系统能控制一个大型粮食仓库的综合性生产及管理过程,譬如粮食储存容量的计量、粮仓中粮食温度的计量、进仓与出仓的控制管理等。该粮库是一个立式散装粮库,有33只高30米直径8米的圆筒储粮仓,系统处理的控制点及监视测量点有721点,涉及160多套件机电设备及闸阀门装置。粮库的生产工艺特点要求生产的长期连续性和可靠性。为改变人工现场手工操作和少量仪表控制的落后状态,对粮库生产提出如下的自控要求:实现各储粮筒仓温度的自动检测及报警、进仓及出仓的粮食的自动计量、储粮筒仓存粮的自动计量、储 I.
