国际经济法是二战后发展起来的重在处理跨国商品自由流动以及资源利用等与国际经济有关的问题,可持续发展是近年来一个备受全球关注的新概念,可持续发展战略在各国获得了广泛的认同,将可持续发展渗透到国际经济法中是当前的一项重要研究课题。本文主要从环境与贸易的视角出发,结合经济发展中的环境因素,重点探讨了可持续发展原则与国际经济法的关系,研究了国际经济法中的可持续发展原则。
International economic law, developed after World War II, focuses on issues related to the international economy such as the free flow of transnational goods and the utilization of resources. Sustainable development is a new concept of global concern in recent years. The strategy of sustainable development has been adopted in various countries It is an important research topic to widely admit that sustainable development infiltrates the international economic law. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the principle of sustainable development and international economic law and the principle of sustainable development in international economic law from the perspective of environment and trade and the environmental factors in economic development.
