《体育与健康课程标准》的指导思想是以学生为主体,强调学生学习方式的转变和学生的个性化学习全面发展。要贯彻这一指导思想,就必须注意培养和提高学生学习体育与健康的兴趣和激发学生热爱体育学习的激情,影视资料的运用是实现这一目标的有效途径之一,但要用之有度、用之有效,只有把趣味性、针对性、主体性、适量性和探究性有机结合,才能使之发挥在课堂上应有的效果。
