由于热水采暖具有经济、卫生的特点,现在许多工厂、企业都把蒸汽锅炉改装为热水锅炉来使用,其实这样做是不妥当的,在锅炉运行中往往会带来一些麻烦。蒸汽锅炉一般靠自然循环,热水锅炉一般靠强制循环,所以,在设计、制造这两类锅炉时,所应用的水循环原理也不相同。由蒸汽锅炉改装的热水锅炉如采用“低压锅炉水质标准”作为“热水锅炉水质标准”,往往会造成结垢等危害。
Due to the economic and health characteristics of hot water heating, many factories and enterprises are now converting steam boilers into hot water boilers. In fact, this is not proper and often brings some troubles during boiler operation. Steam boilers generally rely on natural circulation, hot water boilers are generally forced by the cycle, therefore, in the design and manufacture of these two types of boilers, the application of water cycle principle is not the same. If the boiler is retrofitted with steam boilers, the “low-pressure boiler water quality standards” as “hot water boiler water quality standards,” often cause scaling and other hazards.
