十一届全国人大五次会议召开期间,海南团代表认真履职,审议了政府工作报告,审查了计划报告和预算报告,审议了刑诉法修正案等重要法律草案,审议了全国人大常委会工作报告及“两高”报告等。代表们一致认为,政府工作报告充分体现了科学发展观的要求,贯彻了稳中求进的总基调,体现了执政为民的本质精神,是一个求实务实、为民惠民,积极进取、增强信心的好报告;全国人大常委会工作报告政治立意高远,文风朴实精炼,充分体现了科学发展、依法治国、以人为本的理念,是一个实事求是、求真务实的好报告;“两高”报告实事求是,有很多创新性开拓性的工作,体现了依法治国在与时俱进。代表们结合海南实际,进行了认真、热烈的审议。本刊择要刊登代表的审议发言,敬请关注。
During the Fifth Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress, the Hainan delegation made conscientious performance of their duties, reviewed the government work report, reviewed the plan report and budget report, reviewed the important draft laws such as the amendment of the Criminal Procedure Law, reviewed the NPC Standing Committee Work report and “two high ” report and so on.
