JF-1型X射线晶体分析仪性能较为稳定,但经长期使用也难免出现故障。本文着重讨论仪器光源部分常遇到的高压失控问题。 JF-1型X射线晶体分析仪高压产生的工作原理力框图如图1所示。它是利用高压变压器升压,经过倍压整流后,再次提升电压,产生直流高压,加到x射线管的阳极上(实际是负高压加到灯丝上,阳极接地)。高压变压器的初级装有连续可调变压器,由可逆马达带动,使高压无级变化。
