随着我国经济的发展和国家政策的支持,许多工程企业加快了“走出去”的步伐,也取得了喜人的成绩,然而由于国际工程项目的特殊性和复杂性,最近几年连续发生了一些重大国际项目败走麦城的事件,波兰公路项目、沙特轻轨项目等等,为我国国际工程企业敲响警钟。为此,我们迫切需要重新审视一下自己,我们是否已经建立了完备的风险管理体系,现有的风险管理措施和机制是否完善、实用,如何进行风险的识别与应对。
With the economic development of our country and the support of the national policy, many engineering enterprises have accelerated the pace of “going global” and also achieved gratifying results. However, due to the particularity and complexity of international engineering projects, the continuous occurrence in recent years The major international project to defeat the city of Meckering, the Polish Highway Project, the Saudi Light Rail Project and so on, sounded an alarm for China’s international engineering enterprises. For this reason, we urgently need to re-examine ourselves, whether we have established a complete risk management system, the existing risk management measures and mechanisms are perfect, practical, how to identify and deal with the risk.
