采用固相微萃取顶空取样和气相色谱 -质谱法对3种名牌卷烟烟丝的香气成分进行了对比分析。探讨了最佳的取样条件 (包括不同极性涂层的纤维头、样品量、平衡温度、平衡时间等 )。结果表明 ,5g烟丝在70℃下平衡14h以上 ,然后用固相微萃取纤维头顶空取样60min ,可获得较高的灵敏度。65μmCW -DVB纤维头对强极性的香气成分 (如低级脂肪酸类、芳香酸类、醇和二醇类、甘油及其衍生物类、芳香醇类、酚类、含氮和含氧杂环化合物类等 )具有较高的取样灵敏度。从总的取样效果考察 ,采用极性涂层的纤维头对卷烟烟丝香气成分的分析较为有利。
The aroma components of three famous brands of cigarettes were compared by headspace sampling and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Explore the best sampling conditions (including the fiber head of different polarity coating, sample size, equilibrium temperature, equilibration time, etc.). The results showed that 5g tobacco cuttings were equilibrated at 70 ℃ for more than 14h, then the headspace of solid phase microextraction fiber was sampled for 60min to obtain higher sensitivity. 65μmCW -DVB fiber head strongly polar aroma components (such as lower fatty acids, aromatic acids, alcohols and glycols, glycerol and its derivatives, aromatic alcohols, phenols, nitrogen and oxygen containing heterocyclic compounds Etc.) have higher sampling sensitivity. From the overall sampling results, the analysis of the aroma components of tobacco shreds using fiber coating with polar coating is more favorable.
