The education for sustainable development points out that education for people should be an indispensable activity throughout one’s life. A new integrated education system should now be established. Education should be carried out from the vertical aspect throughout the life of a person and from the horizontal aspect to the various aspects between personal and social activities. Language education has become a source of development in a certain sense.
