山洪所到之处满目疮痍山洪裹挟着洗劫而来的上亿财产落荒而逃,转眼就不见了踪影。记者站在安化县苍场乡一处山谷前,目睹遍地戈壁,满目疮痍,几株残禾在乱石中随风摇曳,仿佛在庆幸劫后余生。在六、七月接连暴发的山洪浩劫中,以6月23日那场最为惨烈。从凌晨5时起,苍场乡连降暴雨。6点50分至7点50分强降雨量达83.2毫米,总降雨量达317.3毫米。8点半左右,狂野的山洪在暴虐的骤雨煽动下咆哮而出,所到之处对当地人民的生命财产和农田水利设施造成了毁灭性的破坏。浩劫中有6人丧生,4人重伤,100多人轻伤。好在是“明抢”,要是半夜或天未完全亮时“偷袭”,将有更多的生命会随波而去,有更多的家庭会失去亲人。而存在的安全隐患又是触目惊心。采访中,好多灾民心有余悸地告诉记者。
