本文对高速轻载、高速重载流体动压径向滑动轴承分别进行了热效应和热弹性分析及试验研究,给出了高速轴承不同承载情况下的轴承静特性润滑计算方法。理论计算结果与试验数据具有较好的一致性。
In this paper, the thermal effect and thermoelastic analysis and experimental study on high-speed light-load and high-speed heavy-load hydrodynamic radial radial bearings were carried out respectively. The calculation method of bearing static characteristics under different bearing conditions of high-speed bearings was given. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
