盛夏,南国某军港。刚刚经过工厂技术修理后的南海舰队某海测船大队463船,又一次鸣笛启锚,开始了服役以来的第200次出征。从南中国海自行测量完成的第一幅海图,到填补大洋空白的114幅海图;从为南沙礁盘布下的第一座航标,到遍布在南中国海上的127座航标,这艘在南中国海的风头浪尖里征战了26年的“开路先锋”,先后完成了23次超常规中远海测量、20余次重大演练、武器试验等应急保障任务,填补了我国海洋测绘的50多项空白,总航行里程达50多万海里,相当于绕地球20圈。1989年以来,该船先后被中组部、总政治部评为“全国先进基层党组织”、“先进基层党支部标兵”,被海军、舰队、基地评为“基层建设先进单位”、“基层建设标兵单位”,2次荣立集体二等功,5次荣立集体三等功。
