动态负载模拟是室内台架试验关键技术,也是考核自动变速器综合性能重要手段。研究针对EM-CVT负载模拟方法,采用MATLAB/Simulink建立自动变速器动态负载模拟系统数学模型,结合转速跟踪控制算法,实现EM-CVT动态负载模拟。研究参考部分NEDC城市循环工况,进行了虚拟试验,采用EPA性能指标对系统性能进行了评估,结果表明系统能够平稳运行,电机转速、转矩能够快速响应模型指令,电机平稳运行时转速相对误差不超过1%,转矩最大相对误差为8%,转速、转矩指令值与电机响应值估量标准差SE分别为4.3 r/min、17.7 N·m,可决系数r~2分别为0.99、0.91,均优于EPA相关性能指标。
Dynamic load simulation is the key technology of indoor bench test, which is also an important means to evaluate the comprehensive performance of automatic transmission. In order to simulate the load of EM-CVT, a mathematic model of dynamic load simulation system for automatic transmission was established by using MATLAB / Simulink. Combined with the speed tracking control algorithm, dynamic load simulation of EM-CVT was realized. The results show that the system can run smoothly, the speed and torque of the motor can respond quickly to the model instruction, and the relative error of the speed when the motor runs steadily No more than 1%, the maximum relative error of torque is 8%, the standard deviation (SE) of speed, torque command value and motor response value are respectively 4.3 r / min and 17.7 N · m, the coefficient r ~ 2 are 0.99, 0.91, are better than EPA related performance indicators.
