Extracurricular reading is a continuation and addition of classroom teaching. It is very important to carry out English extracurricular reading among students. First, to stimulate interest, change “want me to read ” to “I want to read ” Interest has an internal driving effect on learning, as an English teacher, we should call all the ways to mobilize students interest in reading English. In order to stimulate students’ interest in reading, I use the “guess --- pick --- imitation” reading mode as the initial stage of the first choice. Guess students are based on word formation, according to up and down
