高职院校教育在我国经济和科学技术高速发展的大背景下得到了越来越多的关注,同时也是我国大力发展经济的一个关键性因素,目前我国依然是教育大国,并没有达到教育强国的水平。高职院校作为我国教育领域一个重要的组成部分,科学、合理和有效的对高职院校学生进行管理是目前教学工作者面临的一个新课题。传统的高职院校学习管理工作方法过于单一和刻板,管理的效果并不理想,而在我国高职院校学生管理水平不断提高的今天,将激励理论应用于高职院校学生的管理工作中不仅仅实现了管理的人性化,同时也将外界的管理和推动力转化为学生内部的自我约束和自动力,有利于管理工作质量的提升。
