ＲＯＧ是客观地检查眼血液动力学的无创检查法。我们检测了９０例１８０眼ＡＩＯＮ的ＲＯＧ波幅值变化，发现病眼的波幅均低于“健眼”，二者差异显著。用复方樟柳碱治疗后，供血改善波幅升高，与“健眼”比则无差异。但ＡＮＩＴ检查（５３例１０６眼）发现“健眼”与病眼的反应规律一致，显示“健眼”已有潜在的睫状血管运动功能障碍，虽然临床上尚未呈现视功能下降。此外，ＡＮＩＴ阴性或治疗后由阳性转阴性，均表示病眼预后良好。ＡＩＯＮ的ＲＯＧ波幅下降，比视功能下降早。因此，ＲＯＧ及ＩＡＮＴ检查对ＡＩＯＮ诊断、治疗均提供了有价值的客观的参考依据。
ROG is a non-invasive examination that objectively examines the hemodynamics of the eye. However, ANIT (53 of 106 eyes) found that “healthy eye” was consistent with the response of the diseased eye, indicating that there is potential ciliary dysfunction in “healthy eye”, although no clinical decline has been observed. In addition, ANIT-negative or negative after treatment from the negative, all said the prognosis of the disease eye is good. AION’s ROG amplitude dropped earlier than the decline in visual function. Therefore, ROG and IANT examination provides a valuable and objective reference for the diagnosis and treatment of AION.
