目的:研究鱼腥草挥发油压微型乳口腔喷雾剂体外抗病毒作用。方法:采用鸡细胞凝血试验方法,测定鱼腥草挥发油乳剂抗流感病毒的作用,采用组织细胞半数感染量法测定鱼腥草挥发油对呼吸道合胞病毒抑制作用。结果与结论:鱼腥草挥发油乳剂浓度为12.5mg挥发油/ml时,可以抑制流感病毒A/四川/345/97/H3N2株、A/PK/8/20/H1N1株对鸡红细胞的凝集活性,对呼吸道合胞病毒无明显抑制作用。
Objective: To study the antiviral effect of Houttuynia volatile oil micro-emulsion oral spray in vitro. Methods: The effect of Houttuynia cordata volatile oil emulsion against influenza virus was determined by chicken blood clotting test. The inhibitory effect of Houttuynia cordata volatile oil on respiratory syncytial virus was determined by the method of half of the cells infected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Houttuynia cordata volatile oil emulsion concentration of 12.5mg volatile oil / ml, can inhibit the influenza A / Sichuan / 345/97 / H3N2 strain, A / PK / 8/20 / H1N1 strain of chicken erythrocyte agglutination activity, No significant inhibition of respiratory syncytial virus.
