我厂锻工车间500吨三步行程压力机,第三工位,即“冲孔挤压成形”工位,原有一个人专门往下拿工件.在工人师傅的建议下,在车间党支部鼓励支持下,车间革新组的同志们承担了制作专用机械手的任务,根据毛主席“实践出真知” 的教导,深入工组,到机床前细致观察,经过多方面的改进,500吨专用机械手终于试制成功了!这个机械手结构简单、制作容易、刚度好、维护使用方便、控制系统简单灵敏、可靠性强,很受工人师傅欢迎.机械手结构原理见图1.
