以公安院校青年教师为量表测量对象,探究公安院校青年教师的心理契约与工作满意度的关系。研究结果显示,公安院校青年教师的心理契约总分以及交易责任、发展责任和关系责任三个维度与工作满意度呈显著正相关;年龄、工作时间与其心理契约得分呈显著正相关,与工作满意度得分未呈显著相关。提高公安院校青年教师的心理契约水平,需要学校和教师双方分别从交易责任、发展责任和关系责任三个方面共同努力,从而提升青年教师的工作责任感和满意度,实现公安教育和青年教师自身发展的有效结合。
Taking the young teachers in public security colleges and universities as measuring objects, this paper explores the relationship between the psychological contract and job satisfaction among young teachers in public security colleges and universities. The results show that the total score of psychological contract and the three dimensions of transaction responsibility, development responsibility and relationship responsibility are positively correlated with job satisfaction among young teachers in public security colleges and universities. There is a significant positive correlation between age and working time and their psychological contract scores, Satisfaction scores were not significantly correlated. To improve the level of psychological contract among young teachers in public security colleges and universities requires that both schools and teachers work together from the following aspects: transaction responsibility, development responsibility and relationship responsibility, so as to enhance the sense of responsibility and satisfaction of young teachers and realize the education of public security and young teachers themselves Effective combination of development.
