为实现对9台及9台以下电阻点焊机的联锁控制,实现先启动先通电的原则,设计了用可编程控制系统(PLC)来实现的硬件电路和软件编程,并根据联锁控制原则,对软件系统进行了在同一两相间的单台、两台或三台电阻点焊机同时启动情况的模拟调试。通过调试,表明该联锁控制系统满足设计要求,设计合理性能可靠,且利用软件的可变性使之有较宽的实用范围。
In order to realize the interlock control of 9 and 9 resistance spot welders and realize the principle of first powering on first, the hardware circuit and software programming realized by the programmable logic control system (PLC) are designed, and according to the interlock control Principle, the software system was carried out in the same two-phase single, two or three resistance spot welding Simultaneous start situation simulation debugging.
