目的:建立新疆巴旦杏仁油脂肪酸成分的GC-MS指纹图谱。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取20批巴旦杏仁油,使用GC-MS联用仪对其脂肪酸成分进行定性和定量分析。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度建立共有模式,利用聚类分析和主成分分析对指纹图谱进行模式识别研究。结果:20批巴旦杏仁油所含的主要脂肪酸成分基本相同,确定了8个共有峰,不同品种巴旦杏仁油相似度均大于0.97,该结果与主成分分析结果相似。通过系统聚类20批样品归为2类,与相似性分析和主成分分析相比,聚类分析更能够反映巴旦杏仁油的脂肪酸成分的微小变化。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于巴旦杏仁油的质量综合评价。
Objective: To establish a GC-MS fingerprinting of almond fatty acids in Xinjiang almond. Methods: 20 batches almond oil was extracted by supercritical CO2. The fatty acids were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS. The common mode was established by the similarity of chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and the pattern recognition of fingerprints was studied by cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results: The main fatty acids contained in 20 batches almond oil were basically the same. Eight common peaks were identified. The similarity of different varieties of almond oil was greater than 0.97. The results were similar to the results of principal component analysis. The 20 batches of samples were classified into two categories by systematic clustering. Compared with the similarity analysis and principal component analysis, the clustering analysis can better reflect the slight changes of the fatty acid composition of Almond oil. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality evaluation of almond oil in almonds.
